This data protection policy governs access to and use of the service of the Website that ATHOL makes available to internet users (hereinafter “Users”) interested in the services (hereinafter the “Services) and content (hereinafter the “Content”) on the Website.

The personal data provided will be saved by ATHOL for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties, provided Users do not request to cancel ATHOL services to receive information about products and/or services that may be of interest to them. Pursuant to the Purpose Limitation Principle set out in the GDPR, Users are hereby informed that their data will be collected solely for the purposes set out in the paragraphs above and will not be processed in a manner incompatible therewith.

7. What are the rights Users have in relation to their data?
Users have the right to (i) access their personal data, (ii) request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data or, where applicable, (iii) request deletion of their data, (iv) request restriction of the processing of their data, (v) object to the processing of their data (vi) exercise the right to be forgotten, and (vii) request portability of their data.

The supervisory authority with which the claim is filed will inform the claimant about the status and result of the claim.

With 20 years of experience in institutional relations positions in an international environment, mainly in the French government, she obtained an MBA from ICN Business School in 2004 and did a master’s in international affairs at ICADE in Madrid from 2015-2016.
She has extensive experience in organizing and managing international projects in different sectors such as telecommunications, transportation, and the service industry.
Prior to joining Athol, she worked at the NGOs Mujeres por África and Plan International España as the Executive Advisor to the organization’s CEO, and for regulatory bodies in the transportation and telecommunications sectors in France, as well as the French Embassy in Spain, as an advisor on those same sectors.
As Corporate Secretary, she performs an important cross-company internal coordination function and plays a key role in ATHOL’s institutional and trade relations.

Julio Fernández Martin has a career spanning over 30 years in the construction sector, covering all its stages, initially starting at PRECON (Prefabrications and Contracts) as the Levante delegate for civil works and building.

Later, he took on the role of sales director at TRABIS, both for the prefabricated division and the associated construction company. At GSE, a French-origin company, he served as Business Development Manager for over five years, leading the company’s growth in Spain. In recent years, he held the position of Business Developer at the Franco-Spanish company CUBICBEG.

At ATHOL, as Director of Property Management and Business Developer, he brings his sharp knowledge of the national and local market, as well as his technical expertise in construction and commercial capabilities

Myriam Fréval has positioned herself as a leader in the Spanish logistics real estate sector.
