Pablo Corona Montes

Investment Associate

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (double degree English program) from CUNEF.

Prior to joining ATHOL, he worked at Savills, where he handled investment transactions, commercialization, valuation, financing, and strategic consulting.

He possesses a 360-degree view of the sector, having analyzed projects ranging from traditional assets to alternative and emerging market trends.

He has accumulated experience in project finance and corporate finance through his tenure at companies such as FCC Aqualia, KPMG, and BNP Paribas.

An expert in investment opportunity analysis, business plan development, asset valuation, as well as coordination in asset purchase and/or sale processes.

Eugénie Berthelot

General Secretary

With 20 years of experience in institutional relations positions in an international environment, mainly in the French government, she obtained an MBA from ICN Business School in 2004 and did a master’s in international affairs at ICADE in Madrid from 2015-2016.
She has extensive experience in organizing and managing international projects in different sectors such as telecommunications, transportation, and the service industry.
Prior to joining Athol, she worked at the NGOs Mujeres por África and Plan International España as the Executive Advisor to the organization’s CEO, and for regulatory bodies in the transportation and telecommunications sectors in France, as well as the French Embassy in Spain, as an advisor on those same sectors.
As Corporate Secretary, she performs an important cross-company internal coordination function and plays a key role in ATHOL’s institutional and trade relations.

Jaime Ávila Gómez

Head of Investment

With 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a master’s in real estate business administration from IE.

He has extensive experience in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, as well as a talent for developing and managing relationships with investors and business partners.

Prior to joining Athol, he worked at companies such as Catella and Forcadell, where he carried out investment and sales transactions. He started his career as an architect at Acciona and JLL-Tétris, and has covered the entire real estate asset lifecycle, from acquisition, to construction, sale, and divestment.

Jaime Ávila Gómez plays an essential role in ATHOL’s growth, generating new opportunities that add value for shareholders.​

Julio Fernández Martín

Head of Property Management & Business Developer

Julio Fernández Martin has a career spanning over 30 years in the construction sector, covering all its stages, initially starting at PRECON (Prefabrications and Contracts) as the Levante delegate for civil works and building.

Later, he took on the role of sales director at TRABIS, both for the prefabricated division and the associated construction company. At GSE, a French-origin company, he served as Business Development Manager for over five years, leading the company’s growth in Spain. In recent years, he held the position of Business Developer at the Franco-Spanish company CUBICBEG.

At ATHOL, as Director of Property Management and Business Developer, he brings his sharp knowledge of the national and local market, as well as his technical expertise in construction and commercial capabilities

Myriam Fréval​

CEO & Founder

With over 35 years of experience in the real estate sector—13 of them in France as Managing Partner at the European leader Atis Real, now BNP Paribas, and 4 in Spain as General Manager of the same group—Myriam Fréval founded Adyton Asset in Spain in 2005.

Myriam Fréval has established herself as a benchmark in the Spanish logistics real estate sector. Her expertise, in-depth knowledge of both Spanish and international markets, negotiation skills, and foresight in identifying the most profitable opportunities ensure success in every acquisition and management project she undertakes.

CEO of ATHOL since 2010, she is also Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France (Foreign Trade Advisor for France in Spain) and Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of the French-Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

Her leadership skills and continuous study of markets and trends have driven ATHOL’s growth, with offices now established in Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, and Washington D.C.

Her ongoing monitoring of international trends and rigorous market analysis ensure that she operates at the most favorable moments for investment, securing a competitive advantage over other players in the sector.
