alongside the investment team and is responsible for overseeing international opportunities, reporting directly to our CEO.<\/p><p data-start=\"178\" data-end=\"436\">He holds a degree in Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid and has a strong background in real estate investment and strategic consulting. He has experience across sectors such as hospitality, retail, living, PBSA, data centers, F&amp;B, and healthcare.<\/p><p data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"803\">Prior to joining Athol, he was part of CBRE\u2019s Strategic Consulting team, where he served as Project Leader.
