Guillaume cuenta con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sector inmobiliario y es **Managing Partner en FARO CAPITAL PARTNERS**, una boutique especializada en inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria y gesti\u00f3n de activos. Ocup\u00f3 puestos directivos en **AEW** y **CBRE Investment Management** entre 2006 y 2017.<\/p>

En AEW fue responsable del \u00e1rea de asset management, liderando la gesti\u00f3n de activos y desinversiones en Francia, Benelux e Iberia. Gestion\u00f3 un portfolio paneuropeo con un valor aproximado de **7.000 millones de euros**, al frente de un equipo de 20 profesionales. Particip\u00f3 activamente en estrategias de adquisici\u00f3n, comit\u00e9s de inversi\u00f3n, relaciones con inversores y fue miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Direcci\u00f3n Europeo de la firma.<\/p>

Antes de incorporarse a AEW, Guillaume fue Director \/ Fund Principal en **CBRE Investment Management**, dentro de la serie de fondos Strategic Partners Europe, fondos inmobiliarios oportunistas y value-added en la eurozona.<\/p>

Con anterioridad, trabaj\u00f3 como analista en **Deloitte Finance**, en los departamentos de Real Estate Advisory y M&A.<\/p>
